old carpetdirty grout
The room i got was not at ALL excellent. the carpet looked old with stains ALL over it. the grout in the bathroom needed work BADLY. It looked really dirty. I was really disappointed that I even considered asking for a refund and seek accommodation ELSEWHERE.

worn furnitureweak shower
the room showed its age. there were some stains on the carpet, and the furniture looked quite worn. the bathroom was functional, but the shower pressure was weak. ONE elevator was out of service ... this caused significant delays.

The location is convenient for shopping. The front desk staff was helpful with our room request. The staff ensured we had a room on the same floor. Breakfast offered a great choice of options, including gluten-free selections.
I found that hotel parking was expensive. The parking spaces were also quite small for larger vehicles. I parked elsewhere to save money.
